Sharjah Girl Guides offers a wide variety of activities to cover different interests. All activities and programs fall under the Badge system which includes 3 categories; the Programs badges, Interest Badges and Qudwa Badge.

The Program badges contains 5 main themes: Self-development, Health, Global Awareness, Community and International Guiding. Several sub-theme badges fall under the main themes such as: Arts, Culture, Social skills, Healthy Diet, Sport, Illness awareness, Green badge, Global issues, Volunteering, Spread Happiness, Socialize badge, and Guiding world.

As for the Interest Badges, they focus on the girls’ interests such as photography, cooking, reading and robotics. While the Qudwa badge aims to distinguish outstanding Guides and Brownies that demonstrates team work, collaboration, mutual respect, responsibility and inspire positive change in the community by becoming a role model.
